In 2017, Het Vervolg / COALFACE created a concept for a vacant industrial complex in the Austrian city of Leoben: the Porubsky hall. The challenge was to create a starting scenario that could mobilize the city authorities and population in the direction of a later structural plan of action. Het Vervolg / COALFACE launched the concept: “permanent temporality as a lever for a cultural – creative future”. Part of the proposal is a benchmark study into creative container settlements in Europe and a design of a light and mobile sea container construction.

In 2017 creëerde Het Vervolg een concept voor een leegstaand industrieel complex in de Oostenrijkse stad Leoben: de Porubskyhalle. De uitdaging was een startscenario te creëren dat het stadsbestuur en bevolking kon mobiliseren in de richting van een later structureel plan van aanpak. Het Vervolg lanceerde het concept: ‘permanente tijdelijkheid als hefboom voor een cultureel – creatieve toekomst’. Onderdeel van het voorstel is een benchmarkonderzoek naar creatieve containernederzettingen in Europa en een ontwerp van een lichte en mobiele zeecontainer-constructie.
